At Cape Coral Signworks, there are no silos. Our designers talk to our fabricators. Our project managers coordinate directly with our installation crews. Wolfgang and Paul Petschulat founded Cape Coral Signworks with a straightforward vision: build a sign company that does things the right way — quality materials, honest communication, and craftsmanship you can see in the finished product. As CEO, Wolfgang sets the overall direction of the company.

Paul Petschulat

Paul, as COO, oversees daily operations and ensures every project meets their high standards. Together, they are personally involved in the business and set the standard the rest of the team follows. Their commitment to client relationships and hands-on leadership is what makes Cape Coral Signworks a company clients trust and come back to.

Our design team creates every sign concept from scratch — tailored to your brand, your property, and your goals. They work directly with you through the approval process, making revisions in real time until the design is exactly right. No templates, no generic layouts — just custom work built around your vision.

  • Fabricators

Our fabrication team turns approved designs into finished signs. They cut, shape, weld, wire, paint, and assemble every component by hand in our Cape Coral shop. They work with aluminum, acrylic, HDU foam, LED systems, vinyl, and a wide range of commercial-grade materials — and they inspect every piece before it leaves the building.

  • Project Managers

Our project managers are your main point of contact from start to finish. They coordinate timelines, manage permitting, communicate updates, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. When you have a question about your project, your project manager has the answer — because they have been with it from day one.

  • Installation Crews

Our installation team handles every sign we build. They arrive on-site with the right equipment, the right experience, and a plan that has already been coordinated with your property, your timeline, and local building codes. They install your sign professionally, safely, and to specification.

  • Permitting & Compliance

Our permitting team navigates the sign codes, zoning regulations, and approval processes for Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Lee County, and HOA-governed communities. They handle the paperwork, coordinate with local offices, and make sure your sign is approved before fabrication begins.
