Departments We Hire For
We are always looking for talented, reliable people to join our team. Open positions may be available in the following areas:
Sign Design
Our designers create custom sign concepts using industry-standard software. Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and sign-specific design tools is valued. Designers work closely with clients and the fabrication team to ensure every design is production-ready and brand-accurate.
Sign Fabrication
Our fabrication team builds signs from raw materials — cutting, welding, wiring, painting, and assembling. Experience with metalworking, CNC routing, vinyl application, LED wiring, or general fabrication is a plus. We train on our specific processes, but a hands-on attitude and attention to detail are essential.
Sign Installation
Our installation crew handles everything from wall-mounted signs to freestanding monuments and illuminated channel letters. Experience with construction, electrical work, rigging, or sign installation is preferred. Valid driver's license and comfort working at heights are required.
Project Management
Our project managers coordinate client communication, permitting, production schedules, and installation logistics. Experience in the sign industry, construction management, or a related field is helpful. Strong organizational skills and clear communication are a must.
Sales and Client Relations
Our sales team builds relationships with business owners, contractors, developers, and property managers across Cape Coral and Lee County. Industry experience is a plus, but we value people who listen well, communicate honestly, and follow through on commitments.
Administration and Operations
Behind the scenes, our admin and operations team keeps the business running smoothly — from scheduling and invoicing to inventory and logistics.
